We absolutely loved our stay at Living The Dream. The main house and guest house were impeccable - it was perfect for our family of 8. The house is very well appointed with everything you could need for a beach vacation. For us, staying in a more private area was important and the beaches in Carillon were not crowded, especially in comparison to other beaches on 30A. We had beach chairs and umbrellas ready to go each morning - so nice to have this service and not have to carry this to and from the beach every day. It is close to everything! The owners were spectacular hosts and we will be back!

I had the sheer pleasure of spending a week with some girlfriends at Livin’ The Dream. It was truly the ideal home for a girls trip and I can only imagine how perfect it will be when I return with my family! The house and furnishings… from the bedding, coffee makers, TVs in every room, towels and facecloths to the thoughtful amenities… whoever furnished this home deserves kudos. There was nothing I wanted that I did not find! Which of course leads me to reminisce about my dreams of "THE BEACH"...sunshine, clean sand, blue water, gentle waves and total peace!
Oh my goodness! The beach and the water conditions were unbelievable during our stay! I felt like I was on my own private stretch of beach...and to top it all off - Livin’ The Dream had its own private set of lounge chairs already set up with umbrellas provided. Can’t wait to get back. I am spoiled to this place!

So glad to have found this home for our family vacation! We have stayed in many places, but this by far was the best. The home itself had everything you could expect and more. It was absolutely stunning, spacious with big king-sized beds and even a little room for our 2 year old to sleep in a crib undisturbed. We like to cook a lot and this kitchen was fully equipped with every utensil and cookware you need. I could go on and on! Very short walk to the beach (about 4 houses down).. the beach was very peaceful and clean as this neighborhood is a good distance from the big condo buildings. We enjoyed the festivities at Pier Park in Panama City one evening with the kids as it is less than a 10 minute drive. Also recommend Old Florida Fish House if you want a great fish restaurant that also serves good sushi!

We have been vacationing on various beaches for too many years to count. A few year back we landed at Carillon Beach and it quickly became our favorite. This year was our first year to rent Livin the Dream and it is by far our favorite. Everything about the house was perfect. The owner pays attention to details and it shows throughout from the furnishings to the well equipped kitchen. We especially enjoyed the front porch, comfortable beds and the pool. The kitchen and its furnishings are a cooks dream.

I thoroughly enjoyed my time at Livin the Dream - we enjoyed a wonderful girls trip in the Carillon neighborhood, loving the easy beach access and the chairs and umbrellas. Chatting by the private pool and hot tub was wonderful for a group of ladies, but I am sure would be enjoyed just as much by a multigenerational family. There was plenty of comfortable space for all to spread out. Each suite having it's own lovely bath is a great detail. Being able to walk to restaurants, the grocery and pharmacy was really a plus. Loved my stay!

This was an awesome piece of property. The location was great. The home was clean, spacious and inviting. The manager was great. She was there to meet us and even had a nice gift with things to do in the area and restaurants. The private entrance to the beach and to have beach chairs identified for the property we lived in was awesome. Overall this was a wonderful mini vacation and 90 percent was because of the property.

This is our second time here and always happy to be back! Melody is available with any questions and goes over and beyond on making our stay carefree. We always rent a golf cart, but the beach is steps away as well as restaurants. Thanks again for making our family vaca the best!!!

We have stayed at 4 different Carillon Properties and by far this is the best. The home and pool are awesome, the owner is extremely easy to communicate with the location is perfect, very close to a walkover. Because of the pool, I would stay here even before I stayed directly on the beach. Only con is that there is no water view at all, but i think it is a good trade off. Do not stay at this property if you have a bunch of small kids or if you expect to be big partiers. This is a high end place with high end furnishings, and the owners, rightfully so, expect it to be treated that way. 5 stars all around.

“Livin the Dream” is a beautiful home which offers all the comforts & extras for our family gathering. Its location provides convenient accessibility to the beautiful Carillon beach. The secluded pool was a fun retreat after a fun day at the beach, especially for our 7 grandchildren.
We highly recommend this gorgeous place!
